The United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3.4 focuses on promoting good mental health and well-being.
Team Artezen is aligning efforts towards it with Sustainable Living of the Mind as our core principle.
An Art Company focused on mental fitness and aligning efforts towards United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals. Team Artezen is on a mission to de-stress the people of this world and make them happy.
Founded by a family
of artists, backed by psychologists and run by an ever growing team of artists, we facilitate living a full rounded sustainable life with art.
Our lifestyle has evolved drastically over the last decade. Everyone is talking about sustainable living. We've been learning to gear our lifestyles towards taking care of the environment and taking care of our health. However, our work-social-life balance has taken a toll. With more flexibility and increased social interactions the lines between our public, professional and private lives have blurred leading to increased pressures on many fronts.
Today, everyone is talking about green, chemical free, plastic free, non-toxic, zero waste environment to create a sustainable world
Nutrition and exercise play a significant role in our daily routine. That along with medical advancement has contributed to a longer sustainable life for us humans.
Sustainability and wellness goes beyond making the planet cleaner and physical fitness. We are taking conscious efforts to achieve the prior. And that's great! But, are we doing enough for mental wellness? Are we doing enough to lower stress levels and keeping the mind happy?

Stress is the leading precedent to anxiety, depression, PTSD, reduced immune system functioning and developing non communicable diseases (NCDs), such as cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, diabetes and cancer. Every 2 seconds
someone in the age group of 30-70 dies prematurely as a result of NCDs. That's a shocking statistic! And it can be reverted. We can do something about it; in an easy and fun way that is backed by science.
Our workshops are conceptualized by a scientific approach unlike the casual paint & sips and craft stores.
Ideated and structured by practicing artists and reviewed by psychologists, the workshops are designed to calm and rejuvenate all participants.
We strive to bring real measurement to every workshop by way of AI technology that demonstrates the changes in emotions of participants from start to finish.
We focus to stimulate a sense of creative achievement, feeling of happiness and positivity, and back it with measurement.
Our artist instructors nurture the participants' inner creativity and let them emote through colors, lines and textures.
Although structured, the workshops allow for free flowing creativity from participants so each participant ends up with a unique creation that speaks to them.
We are 100% aligned to contribute to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to transform the world and specifically to promote mental health and well-being.
We operate on the principle that Sustainable Living needs to go beyond just saving the environment and extend to saving the human race.
Our goal is to help the people of this world use art as a medium to lower stress and be happy thus contributing towards a holistically sustainable ecosystem.
Neha Limaye is a self-taught expressionist of art. Neha creates life size abstracts with mostly acrylics on canvas and wood, occasionally working in other mediums and surfaces. She also expresses her thoughts through short poems &
prose and loves to dabble in travel and food photography.Having lived on three continents and traveled through countries from east to west, Neha has had an opportunity to interact with diverse communities and cultures. She believes
that there is "one commonality" that holds the world together – we feel, we believe and we express. That makes us part of something larger than the boundaries that divide us. That makes us the humans we are meant to be!As
humans, we have the gift of "thought and expression". Thought knows no boundaries. So why should the art of expression be confined? This is what drives Neha and her work as she lets her emotions flow in colors, transcending
from one surface to another to create diptychs, triptychs that evoke interpretations that are as varied as is her audience. Over the years, Neha has exhibited her work in solo and group shows in New York, New Jersey and India.
Currently living in New Jersey, USA, Neha continues to create from her home studio.
Sia Limaye has dabbled in colors from the very first days of her toddlerhood, making art second nature to her existence. She grew up in a family where Art and Creativity have been given equal importance as Science and Math. She's tried her hand at musical instruments, taken singing lessons and explored the Arts. Visual Arts has however become her passion and her solace. Combining that with her love for working with children, it was only natural that she wanted to pass on her experiences to the younger generation, thus founding the Artezen Youth Academy. Sia has taken her love for Arts and combined it with her sense for Form and Function to do her Bachelors in Architecture.
The Artezen team is powered by an artist instructor network showcasing varied art disciplines. From fine arts to contemporary arts, from doodling to abstracting, from pencil to mixed media; we have it all and more.
Our trust in science has led us to build a consulting network of doctors and psychologists. They guide us in our effort to create programs that balance the creativity with scientific theories and measurements.
